Bench Press/L-Pull Ups

7x70kg/6xBW -- Went for an 8th rep, ended up having to roll the bar into my hip crease to get up without dying.

Incline DBBP/Pull Ups

3x6x25kg/6x8.75kg -- Shoulders are many times happier than they were on Tuesday.

OHP/Fat Gripz Row

I earned my lunch today.
