ReplyDeleteCan see you are struggling to get used to the shoes, back arching forward more than ideal, but you will soon get used to it.
You have built up a lot since last batch of vids, I assume that is intentional now that you aren't trying to get into a set weight category.
Actually, I'm still hanging around 70kg...maybe 71kg. I'll still be in the 74kg weight class when I do my next meet in August. I only target about 1kg weight gain per month because I know from experience that gaining weight faster just means getting fat. Problem with such a slow rate of weight gain is that the dietary intake between that and maintenance is so close that I often miss the mark, but that's okay. Apparently it's working if you think I've built up over recent times.
