5x5x120kg -- It's getting there. Not quite the 10x145kg I managed last year, but it's getting there. My strength here will be back shortly enough.

Bench Press/Barbell Row

OHP/KB Row

5x30kg/10x18kg
3x5x35kg/10x18kg
