3x10x100kg -- Used straps for the first time and instantly realised how much work I haven't been doing with these. Will be strapping up more often.

  1. Never use straps, ridiculous grip strength, need chalk due to sweating but something else always gives out other than grip.
    Nearly there and mentally ready, you will be awesome and love it.
